All our products are printed to order in the UK and are usually ready to dispatch within 3-5 days. (Please note, we do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible; however, we can experience delays during busy periods so please bear with us.) 

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Please check your email inbox and spam folder. If you haven’t received it or think you may have entered your email address incorrectly then please get in touch with us.

If you are based outside the UK, your purchase may be subject to duties, taxes or custom clearance fees. We recommend that you check out your import tariffs locally before ordering as the buyer is liable for any import duties.

Every product you order here is an individual item, printed on demand to avoid wastage and manufactured by hand for you. Please check the size and fit guides carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please do not hesitate to get in touch. 

If you wish to request a return or an exchange, please let us know by using Return Centre Service within 14 days of receipt of your order. You then have another 14 days to send your product(s) back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping fees so please check with your local post office to ascertain what options are available. 

All items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.

Whilst rare, product faults might occasionally happen. So that we can get this fixed for you, simply pat@kuzitees.co.uk">email us including the following information:
